A Few Secrets From "The Plague": Master of Viral Marketing For Attorneys

I'm advertising consultant but I feel like the Renaissance astronomer Nicolas Copernicus [1473-1543], relentlessly attempting to tell the globe that the earth travels around the sun on an axis. The internet, internet based legal directories and the aggressive emergence of smart-phones are diminishing the need to pick up the phone book as an information resource. The phone book cartels know this and you have not received their memo, or in this case-discovery findings. Your wealthier and educated clients-the cases that pay-are doing their 5-minute law firm search while they're at work and at the internet or smart phone like an Apple I-phone. That is why a new legal directory is launched all other month online-and who owns these directories-the phone book cartels. The potential client's decision is made quickly, then bookmarked for further analysis once they get home. The images and messages you communicate on your web page and display ad inside the phone book are of high importance. They say a photographic image can convey a thousand words, on the other hand the simplest marketing communications images convey a narrower range of messages and the right images simply convey one powerful message. In terms of marketing , pr and advertising, psychological warfare and visual hypnosis there's nothing fiendish in their associations. You see, for certain legal specialties your potential clients are already in an emotional state-even long after their matter has arisen. Their brain enters an emotional recognition-which is a recognition of "loss" after they initiate their seek for a legal solutions to their matter. The promoting-the images-would have to keep this emotional state. They must see themselves and their need to take action on your traffic generation-not your smiling face or the faces of your firm. Unfortunately, a large amount legal advertising I have seen neutralizes this emotional state and visual hypnosis is just not achieved. You would like your potential client that's in an emotional state to make the subconscious decision to make a selection your firm on strong emotional and yes-irrational motivations. A quick subconscious decision is what you are after, so that you could get the potential client into your place of business where you will focus them back into their conscious state. They are going to make a logical decision and you'll be able to convert them with your magnetic personality and interviewing skills. This is a radical dynamic that even the biggest marketing and advertising agencies and law firms don't take note. Powerful images that encourage the viewer to recognize their need and make a subconscious decision to take action are probably the most profitable.
