Are You Trapped In A Cycle Of Fat Loss & Fitness Confusion?

As a member of a well-liked health center for a few years, I noticed numerous others frustrated with their fat burning training routines and eating practices, working so tough and long but with virtually no improvement to show for it.

Several of my own friends and relatives would mention this new program or product they had just shelled out money for that was the way out to their fat loss or fitness goals. They were so excited about it and couldn't wait to get started.

Afterward, a few weeks later, the same joyful-go-lucky folks that were once jumping with delight about their latest plan to burn fat and get a new body became downright discouraged. It was hard to watch.

I'd ask them how their fat burning strategy was working and they'd tell me that it seemed pretty good at first, but they didn't get the results they were expecting or they felt were promised. They suddenly became tired of following the daily workouts and found following the harsh eating guidelines almost frustrating at times. So they jumped onto the next plan.

Even worse, they became so annoyed with following these so-called exercise gurus' programs, that they fell even deeper into unhealthy eating routine once they stopped the program. Binging became their individual form of satisfaction. Forget about maximum fat burning, and talk about moving in the wrong track.

What's worse is that all of these persons were following the more often than not recommended work out and fad diets that were all the rage. They were doing what everybody else was doing to burn fat quick.

After speaking with several of these friends and questioning about their work out routines, I noticed one general subject that kept popping up in our debate" ...they were paying attention on the short term" ...their approach was wrong. They weren't thinking of permanent healthiness and fitness, but instead they were thinking about burning fat and getting in form for " swimsuit period" .

More specifically, they were also performing their work out in a less than optimal behavior. And then I noticed this with many others at the fitness center I worked out in. They just seemed to lack the fire or passion in their fat burning workouts which I knew could turn their programs from zilch to something literally overnight.

But you know, you can barely criticize them, and you certainly shouldn't blame yourself if you've fallen into the sequence of fad training and diet programs. We all want to accomplish what we know in our hearts we're capable of so badly, and that's why we're such easy prey to this " get fit fast" state of mind.

Most people are approaching health and fitness in the exact reverse way that they should be, and they're not going to burn fat because of it. If you continually think of using work out and diet as ways to lose a couple of pounds, or get in shape for summer, you're going to be frustrated with your outcome.

If you think of training, diet, and rest as separate things, you're going to be frustrated with your fat burning and fitness results. If you think you need to spend hours a week in the gymnasium or adhere to some weird unusual eating tactic, you're going to be disappointed with your results.

What all of these approaches will perform, is put you into the fat burning and fitness cycle of uncertainty that so many are caught in these days. If instead, you select to forget what you thought you knew, and begin off with the precise approach, the approach that focuses on making changes in your way of life long term, you'll straight away increase your results by 2000%.
