Practice eating your last meal of the day before the sun goes completely down and your body begins to shut down the digestive system. the vast majority of the undigested food found in your system after the sun sets will likely be converted to fat and stored

A gradual reduction in portion size should be adopted and more frequent meals should be incorporated instead

Since the majority of us live sedentary lives we see our weight spiraling out of control, so physical activity is imperative that you break the cycle of weight gain and no activity. The best part regarding working out is that no matter what condition you might be in, you can do something.
