There are some very easy and subtle traits you can learn to have attractive body language. Having attractive body language can make you look and feel confident and change the way people perceive you. The following body language and attraction tips will help you look desirable and confidant.

1. When standing, widen your stance to slightly further than shoulder width. This will make you feel more set in your position and will make you look more formidable. When doing this in a crowded nightclub, notice how far fewer people will bump into you.

2. Cut out all of your fidgeting. It is incredible the amount of fidgeting that everybody does even without noticing it. You will have to make a conscious effort to stop this but it really can be quite easy. Simply press your thumb against your index and middle fingers when you're feeling nervous and you won't fidget.

3. Likewise, eliminate all of your body ticks. This may be quite difficult depending on what it but will make a huge difference to your attraction.

4. When seated, spread your legs and sit back. Make yourself look relaxed! Prop one arm over the back of the adjacent chair. If you like you can place one foot on the knee of your opposing leg for the ultimate look of relaxed confidence.

5. Walk with purpose. It's incredible how many people slouch or look at the floor when they're walking. Try this! When walking, tilt your hips forward slightly from the pelvis and suck your tummy in slightly. This will set your shoulders back without you having to do anything and will make it hard for you to look down. This will give you amazing posture when walking.

6. Your movements should be slow and controlled. Try not to make any nervous or jerky movements.
