If not, you can type in the key word or phrase you remember from the email into search and locate all the emails in your mail. This could produce a large number of emails if the word is common. There are other advance options that will allow you to narrow your results in the search field.

Once the results pop up, you will be able to locate the message you are looking for in the window. Once you do this a couple of times, you will see that the search option is a simple email finder tool.
