Getting Over A Divorce For Women

Getting over divorce for women is a hard thing to do. You have given up a great deal already having a family and trying to please everybody. Now the end has approached and you end up divorced for whatever reason and you are filled with emotions. This is common, those feelings and emotions are that of fear, sadness, anger, and probably betrayal.

Woman getting over divorce feel fear of being on your own. You have been with him for years and right now you have no idea how to live without him. You can live without him it is going to take a few adjustmentsbut you will be fine in the long run.

With divorce comes along with it freedom. You no longer have to hurry home for him. If in case you have children you have to continue to care for them but not having him within your life will free up some time as you do not have to clean up after him any longer, you do not have to try and do what he requests anymore, you can watch and do everything you desire to do.

Women getting over divorce feel sadness or hurt. This only stands to reason. You committed your life to him and now he is gone. Even if you wanted the divorce the reality of it often hits like a ton of bricks. Evidently there is a reason you planned to leave him if it was your idea so he still let you down in some way.

Women getting over divorce will feel anger. He has let you down and now you are stuck with the financial obligations on your own. You have got the children whereas he has total freedom. You will be angry at everything he has done to you and put you thru as well as everything that he never did for you.

Somewomen getting over divorce will feel betrayal. Betrayal that he did not do what he said he would do or simply that he left you. It is possible to feel betrayed despite who decided to break it off. There continues to be a broken promise somewhere affecting your lives together that brought this on in the first place.

Let these emotions go. Cry, throw something, punch a cushion, scream at the top of your lungs, something that can make you feel better at the moment. Get all of it out. These emotions need to run there course to be able to get over them.

Your feelings and emotions are normal. Everybody's experiences are different and everybody's feelings are different. Simply because your sister or best friend did not feel like you do will not make something wrong with you or them. Everyone deals with divorce in their very own way.
