I hate My Boss

That is it! I can not take it anymore. I hate my Boss!! I know that I might get fired but typically you need to vent. I've been working for the same company for five years now and in this local weather that isn't only rare but fortunate also. Unfortunately not everyone was as lucky. For the final 5 years I have labored for the greatest boss within the world. Once I says greatest I actually mean it. She by no means obtained upset and was calm in all situations. The very best half was that she treated us all like household and we felt appreciated. Recently she was fired because of a dispute with one of the company officers. She was only standing up for us and she misplaced her job because of it.
As if that was not unhealthy enough the person who was subsequent in line bought handed over for the job. (Hint: that was me.) So they hired this new supervisor from another company and all started out well and good and very similar to a nasty dram issues began to get weird and then turn bad fast. His first few weeks on the job went nicely; he acted very similar to my old boss, very composed and professional. Then there was an issue with the stats one day and he received a consumer complaint. You would have thought that he just acquired a name from the President and the President told him that we had been all traitors.

He busted out of his office door like a wild dog on the assault, screaming at anyone who crossed his path. He charged into my workplace like bull in a china store and slammed my door. I sat in my seat virtually frozen, not from worry but shock at his behavior. That was the very moment I spotted that I hate my boss.

How can a single moment resolve a truth like hate for a boss, nicely please allow me to continue. Once in my office he started to tempo like a pit bull about to combat, mumbling to himself for what seemed like forever however was truly solely a matter of seconds. I noticed that this mumbling have to be the sound heard earlier than a volcano explodes as a result of as soon as the mumbling stopped the verbal lava began to flow. He referred to as me incompetent, stupid and truly accused me of trying to get him fired because he acquired the position and I did not. Much like a summer storm although as shortly as it started it was over.

Then his paranoia began to get one of the best of him. He became the super micromanager, watching everything we did and controlling all components of the office. Since the office was established and running well doing this solely turned the office upside down. The chaos that we all handled daily was extreme. Accented by his every day tirades and if we had been fortunate there were multiple tirades. I make good cash so I'll sit and put up with the mess till something else comes along but I needed to get the fact that I hate my boss off my chest and vent a little.
