Selecting watermark software for protecting your digital photos.

By: Webmaster

Here are some points to look for when selecting a watermark software :
1. The software should be very easy to use. Watermarking should not be a painful project. Most software companies allow a trial version of the software to be downloaded. Try it out. If it takes more than a few minutes to figure out the working, drop it. It's not for you.
2. Adding a watermark should not spoil the beauty of your artwork. This translates to allowing for transparent text on the digital photo. The transparency should be easily adjustable.
3. Should allow for multiple photos to be watermarked (batch watermark). This allows bulk watermarking of your collection without repeating your efforts on each photo.
4. Conversion and resizing. This is good to have. Sometimes you might need to resize the dimension of your photos for the web and conversion to web formats.
