Taxes must also be paid correct. You would not want the tax bureau in your area knocking at your doorstep and end up closing the doors for you. At the end of the day your taxes will translate to developments in the state where you do business.

Start small so as not to overwhelm you with the responsibilities of the business you got your self into and later as you see it fit grow the business and expand.
